Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from www.newbalance.co.in you will be provided with a Store Credit Value which is redeemable only Online at www.newbalance.co.in
Kindly Note: No cash returns are provided Store Credit will be valid for 6 Moths from the date of issue. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange, within 30 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
You may return merchandise to us in the following ways: You may call www.newbalance.co.in customer care on (1800 10222 85), and request a return or exchange. We will manage for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier at first exchange. Second time customer has to bare the shipping & COD charge , and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our Store in unused condition in its original packaging along with all the original tags and invoice, failing which return/exchange may not be possible.
Customer have to dispatch & bare the courier charges for all the exchanges of below Rs.1000/-
Any returns/exchanges by courier, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise , then refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at (1800 102 2285) or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your order reference number. We shall replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
If you return any merchandise which is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will refund the shipping charges for that merchandise, if we are not able to replace the merchandise. The replacement merchandise will be shipped at no additional charges.
We ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from www.newbalance.co.in , for hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of jewelry, fragrances, cosmetics, sunglasses,kids accessories (water bottles,lunch boxes etc),innerwear (under garments,Lingeries), swimwear, gift vouchers, watches, mobile phones/ MP3 players, Music, Gaming CD's,Movies and any made to order or altered merchandise.
Returns/Exchange through courier collection: Exchanges through courier collection shall only be done, for merchandise with the same price as the said merchandise being returned. You may indicate clearly the replacement merchandise requested and our Customer Care Associate will confirm, if the said merchandise is available in available stock and whether the exchange can be made. The refund against a return request made to www.majorbrands.in customer support, and collected by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sales invoice.
If you request a exchange through courier collection, at the time of collecting the merchandise, you will be given a courier Airway Bill, which is to be retained for future reference. You can also keep a copy of the sales invoice for future reference, before handing over the return merchandise and original sales invoice to the courier. Major Brands will send the original invoice back to you through courier service, after processing your exchange request.
After the merchandise is received by www.majorbrands.in, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within …….7 working days of receipt of the merchandise.
In case of Cancellation, Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder's credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder's credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy : www.majorbrands.in may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the www.majorbrands.in would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on www.majorbrands.in. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
