How Can I Pay?

We support the following payment options:

We accept the following credit and debit cards online:

If the order is placed using Credit card / Debit card/ Internet banking, then the order will be processed once the payment is approved by the bank.

If the order is placed using COD payment type, then the payment has to be done to the courier person on delivery of the product. The payment has to be made first to the courier person and then only the package can be opened.

If the order is placed using Demand draft, then once we receive the demand draft the order will be processed.

Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

When Will My Order Be Processed?

The orders will normally be shipped within 5 working days from the date of order placed and delivery would be made to the customers within 7 working days from the date of shipment to serviceable locations. For non-serviceable locations by our official courier, the delivery would be made either through third party courier / Post and will take 10 - 12 working days for delivery.

You will receive an order confirmation by email usually within 15 minutes of completing your order.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order or Track A Shipment?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. NEWBALANCE ships from multiple stores which can result in split shipments; therefore, you may receive more than one email. If your order contained more than one item, keep an eye on your email inbox for additional updates.

How Do I Return or Exchange an Item?

You may return any NEWBALANCE products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value. We will gladly accept your return within 15 days of date of delivery.

You can send across the goods through any reputed courier agencies to the respected shipping store. The shipping store address will be mentioned in the invoice.

We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. NEWBALANCE is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges.

What If I Have A Defective Or Damaged Item?

If you have received a damaged item or believe an item is defective please contact Customer Service at 080-66084007 or via customer support email id or post query on website.

If damaged or defective item is received by customer , he/she has to send a picture of the product & the picture of the invoice copy to customer care within 7 days of delivery of the product to the customer & accordingly decision of replacement or exchange will be taken .If the shoe is worn & dirty it will not be replaced , also in case of any manufacturing defect only the warranty period is of 90 days/3 months

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

As long as the package has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled. Cancellations can be carried out by contacting our Customer Service on telephone 080-66084007

If the package has already left our warehouse, we won't be able to cancel the order

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

You may return all items purchased in the NEWBALANCE Online Shop within 15 days upon receiving of the merchandise. Remember that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state. The merchandise may not show signs of wear. The same conditions apply to reduced price items.

I Have Returned an Item, Now How Do I Get My Money Back?

Refund is usually completed in 7 to 25 working days after receiving and conducting the quality check of your returned package.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How Do I Use A Promotion/Coupon Code?

To redeem a promotion or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate field on the Shopping Bag page. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. You must click "redeem" in order for the discount to be applied. The discounted amount will be displayed on the Shopping Bag and Order Summary pages. If the code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the shopping bag, a discount will not be applied. How Do I Care for My NEWBALANCE Clothing?

Please pay close attention to the care instructions provided with each article of NEWBALANCE clothing. Many of our products should not be put in a dryer, for example, to prevent shrinkage. In general, wash and iron your NEWBALANCE clothing turned inside out to protect the printed graphics and embroidery from damage.

How Do I Care for My NEWBALANCE Footwear?

Our high-performance shoes require little maintenance because they're tough and durable. By following these simple directions, you'll enjoy your NEWBALANCE shoes even longer:

  • Clean your shoes immediately after use if they are exposed to mud or dirt.
  • Use your shoes only for their intended purpose.
  • Dry your shoes by removing the foot bed and allowing them to air dry.
  • Pack your shoes with crumpled newspaper to help them retain their shape.
  • Never machine-wash or machine-dry your shoes.
  • Keep your shoes away from sources of extreme heat, such as radiators, dryers, or space heaters.

Cleaning Instructions

  • Leather: Hand wash using a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and cold water. Do not immerse or soak in water.
  • Nylon and canvas: Using a soft cloth, gently scrub the uppers using mild soap and cold water. Air dry. Do not bleach or use harsh cleaning agents.
  • Suede and nubuck: Use a brush specifically designed for suede to keep the outside surface of your shoes clean.
  • Synthetic leather: Use a soft cloth or soft bristle-brush to gently scrub the uppers using mild soap and cold water. Air dry
